Store Delivery and Tax information
Delivery information:
- STOCK
Assuming we are fully stocked and there are no issues we will process your order ASAP within a couple of days of receipt.
On the Rare occasion, If there are any issues or stock problems we will advise ASAP once we have started to process your order. - DELIVERY SERVICE
For the delivery service, at the point of us processing the order we select the best route / courier option from a list for your location within the packing and delivery charge you have paid - DELIVERY TIME
Most packages will arrive within the rough delivery time noted at the checkout.
However if there becomes an issue, we will try to advise ASAP, and we will email you information at that time on what is happening and what to look out for and if there is anything you can do.
If there is a delay then most delays are down to customs / import issues.
When your making purchases and your at the checkout, there is a rough delivery time indicated based on your location.
However, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues or delays as once it has been booked it is out of our hands and down to the couriers to deliver.
Note we do try to select trusted couriers not the cheapest ones available.
Also for over seas orders, the delivery time can be effected by your local Customs or government rules or by you actual location and how remote it may be. - EXPEDITE
If you wanted to expedite the order we can offer a postage upgrade and we will select the best option available at the time of requesting.
If you would like to use this service then please place your order and pay in the normal way and pay for the normal postage.
Then email us as soon as you have placed your order and advise how quickly you would like it and ask for an expedite quote.
We will then advise if the standard route is the best or the best alternative we can offer and we wil advise the upgraded cost option.
You will have the option to keep to the standard service or make use of the expedited option and pay the extra via the link sent.
PLEASE NOTE!!
A) If we do not get an Email immediately after we received your order confirming that you want an expedited option , then the order will be processed in the normal way.
B) If you do ask for an expedited quote and we send a quote, the package will be held until you confirm whether you want to pay for the expedited route or if you want to keep to the standard postage paid for.
Once confirmed and sorted the order will then be processed in the normal way.
C) If you chose the expedited option, we will process ASAP for you and although we will use the expedited option offered to you, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Customs or government restrictions etc…. once it leave us it is in the hands of the delivery service.
Tax, Duty and Customs information:
- UK ORDERS
For Uk Orders we charge Vat at the going rate at the time of you purchasing online and the Vat tax is shown on the order which you pay for when you make your purchase. - NON-UK / OVERSEAS ORDERS
For Non-UK over seas orders we do not charge any Vat, tax or duties on your order and it is your responsibility to look up and work out if you are going to be taxed or charged any duties or other payments etc.. when the goods come into your country.
This can be very different for all locations / countries
NOTE:
If you are asked to pay tax or duties and refuse then the package is most likely to be returned to us and this will incur delays and costs to you.
Returns:
- We do not accept returns on products in general, as our products are very specific or often made to order, and you need to make sure it is what you want prior to ordering.
But if for some reason you want to make a return and it is agreed by us in writing by email, then you will have to repackage safely and pay for your return package costs.
Then when we get the package back we will inspect it for any damage or issues and if the products come back in the exact same condition they were sent then we will refund any original purchase cost agreed by us but we will not refund the original outbound packing and postage charges. - Should the package have contact or address issues, and cannot be delivered for some reason.
This might be that you are not answering the door or no one at the address, then The delivery company should leave a note and instructions on how to get the package re-delivered or for you to collect locally
Or
It may be that there is an issue on the contact / delivery information you provided for the delivery of the package, Then the delivery company might hold the package until the information is updated or corrected.
If there is an issue, then we will attempt to make contact to advise of the issue and will try to advise any time constraints to sort the issue out as the delivery companies only hold a package for so long before retuning to sender.
Note if returned then it will incur costs (see “return to sender” below)
Return to sender!
- If a package is returned to sender for any reason then it is most likely to incur additional costs
A) Should any taxes or duties be disputed with your customs, government departments or delivery agents and you reject the package
B) Should you not collect the package when instructed by the delivery company within the time limit they say
C) should you not provide correct delivery information and we cant agree on the correction or if we cant get hold of you and it gets returned
Additional costs / options will be as follows:
Option 1: We can re-send the package back to you:
After receiving and opening the package and checking it over from the return, we can repackage it and resend it back to you but we will need to charge you for the packing and postage charge again uk pounds.
If you would like to do this, then once we have checked it is all ok I will send a link for payment, once paid we will repack and resend the package.
Option 2: We can offer a partial Refund on the original purchase:
If you no longer want the package, Then this is ok if we have agreed, and as long as it has come back in the same condition it left in.
Then we need to open the package and check it’s all ok and if so
We can refund the cost of the goods but not the initial outgoing postage and packing charge,
Or
Option 3: If you have rejected it for some reason and you wanted a refund.
If you reject the package for some reason, With out discussion, communication or agreement from us in writing by email and we receive it back.
We need to open the package and check it’s all ok, and as long as it has come back in the same condition it left in.
We can refund the cost of the goods Minus 25% but not the initial outgoing postage and packing charge.
Note: In all three options above of return to sender
This assumes there are no further costs incurred for the return as this will also need to be covered and we won’t know this cost for up to 30 days from the end of the month it has been retuned in.
We will need to quarantine the package for up to 30 days from the end of the month that it was retuned in before we can either resend or partially refund the package
Once we have had confirmation from the couriers that there is no further charge then we wil release the package and take the appropriate action of either resending or refunding once any fees chargeable have been paid.
