Hydraulic lifting trolley
Prototype hydraulic lifting trolley for a research laboratory...
We designed and built this prototype hydraulic lifting trolley for a research laboratory in a hospital that tests blood with automated machines. The problem they had was the boxes of chemicals they use in the process weighed more than the health and safety limits allowed for their staff. The concept was to enable them to locate the box off a stack on a pallet then, using the Hydraulic lifting trolley, the box could be orientated, positioned and placed into the correct location in the machines totally by a mechanical method.
